Learn more →Work with someone who has been where you are. Certified peers and BHTs provide encouragement, skill-building, and daily living support.
Learn more →Your first appointment is a confidential, one-on-one assessment with a licensed clinician. We'll talk about what's brought you in, your history, and your goals. There's no judgment — just listening. From there, we'll build a personalized care plan that fits your needs and your schedule.
Start your intake form →Individual therapy gives you private, dedicated time with your therapist to work through what matters most to you — whether that's anxiety, trauma, relationships, or life transitions. Sessions use evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT. Most patients meet weekly, though frequency is adjusted to your needs and insurance plan.
Schedule a visit →Our structured group sessions cover topics like coping skills, emotional regulation, relapse prevention, and life skills. Groups are led by licensed facilitators and typically include 6–12 participants. Many patients find that hearing others' experiences reduces isolation and accelerates their own healing in ways individual therapy can't replicate.
Ask about open groups →Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is ideal if you need more structured support than weekly therapy but don't require inpatient care. You attend multiple sessions per week — combining group therapy, individual sessions, and case management — while continuing to live at home. Standard outpatient is more flexible, typically 1–2 sessions per week.
Check eligibility →Your case manager is your navigator. They help coordinate your care across providers, connect you to community resources (housing, transportation, benefits), and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Case management is built into most of our treatment programs and is especially valuable for patients managing multiple needs at once.
Learn about care coordination →Work with someone who has been where you are. Our Peer Support Specialists are certified individuals who have their own lived experience with behavioral health challenges. They provide mentorship, encouragement, and real-world guidance — not from a textbook, but from life. Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) also provide hands-on support during sessions and skill-building activities.
