Life Changing Wellness and Treatment Center offers telehealth services for eligible patients in Arizona. Telehealth appointments are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video — available on any smartphone, tablet, or computer.
What Is Telehealth?
Telehealth allows you to meet with your therapist, case manager, or psychiatric provider using a secure video connection — from your home, your car, or anywhere private. It is just as effective as in-person care for many behavioral health needs and may be covered by your AHCCCS or commercial insurance plan.
Services Available via Telehealth
✅ Individual Therapy
Meet one-on-one with your licensed therapist for ongoing behavioral health support, skills development, and evidence-based treatment.
✅ Case Management Check-Ins
Stay connected with your case manager for care coordination, resource referrals, and ISP goal monitoring.
✅ Psychiatric Follow-Ups
Medication management and follow-up appointments with your prescribing provider may be available via telehealth.
✅ Initial Intake Assessment
In many cases, your first intake assessment can be completed via telehealth so you can get started quickly without leaving home.
⚠️ Group Therapy
Some group sessions may be available virtually. Ask your care team whether your group is available via telehealth.
