Our Behavioral Health Director provides operational, administrative, and clinical leadership over all program functions. They conduct weekly supervision meetings, perform routine chart audits, and serve as liaison between program staff and funding sources.
Our BHPs conduct ongoing therapy visits, complete comprehensive clinical assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans. They perform psychosocial assessments and provide evidence-based therapy for adults, couples, and families.
Our Case Managers coordinate patient care according to each Individualized Service Plan (ISP). They facilitate referrals to housing, medical, vocational, and community resources, coordinate with outside providers, and ensure continuity of care through discharge.
Our BHTs work directly alongside BHPs to provide daily therapeutic support. They facilitate group and individual sessions, conduct screenings and evaluations, and help patients build skills for independent living — all while respecting each patient's rights and dignity.
Our Peer Support Specialists bring the power of lived experience to patient care. They walk alongside patients in recovery — building authentic connection, modeling hope, and supporting engagement in treatment from a place of personal understanding.
Our administrative staff are often the first voice patients hear. They handle intake scheduling, insurance verification, clinical record management, and ensure every patient is welcomed with warmth and efficiency from their very first contact with our center.
