Life Changing Wellness and Treatment Center is a behavioral health counseling facility rooted in the Phoenix community. We believe every patient has the innate capacity to heal — and that recovery is always possible with the right support.
Our multidisciplinary team includes licensed therapists, clinical directors, case managers, BHTs, and peer support specialists who collaborate to deliver fully integrated care aligned with AHCCCS standards and Title 36.

We accept most major insurance plans including AHCCCS (Arizona Medicaid). Not sure about your coverage? Call us and we'll verify your benefits at no cost.
We accept most AHCCCS managed care plans including Mercy Care, Banner University, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, and Arizona Complete Health.
We offer sliding scale fees based on income for patients who are uninsured or underinsured. Cost should never be a barrier to care.
